PROFESSIONAL CAPITAL – The transformation of the educational system in every school

In 2015, &MAES moderated the event Professional Capital.

The Rotterdam-based group of 66 primary schools RVKO and the Dutch Sustainable Learning Foundation brought directors, principals and teachers from all over Rotterdam together to discuss professional capital in their profession. The American professor Andy Hargreaves, author of one of the most influential books on education ‘Professional Capital’, gave a masterclass on the subject.
