MASTERCLASSES LEADERSHIP NAVY

From 2010 until 2012, &MAES organized masterclasses on leadership on behalf of the Dutch Royal Navy.

The Ministry of Defense asked &MAES to create a training program that was meant to enhance the leadership skills of the supervisors within the navy. These trainings took place in the Netherlands, Bonaire and Curacao.
